Right of Withdrawal & Waiver
Under Austrian consumer law (§ 11 FAGG) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your booking within 14 days of purchase. However, by completing your booking you expressly request that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the session has taken place.
Cancellation Before the Session
You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled session at no charge. To cancel, use the cancellation link in your order confirmation email or contact us at cosmicreadingsco@gmail.com.
Late Cancellations (Under 24 Hours)
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. We are happy to offer a one-time reschedule to another available time slot.
No-Shows
Failure to attend without prior notice is treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.
