Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services (live digital tarot readings delivered immediately upon booking), all purchases are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of booking, without giving any reason — unless the service has already been performed.

By completing your booking, you expressly request the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the reading has taken place.

If your reading has not yet taken place, you may cancel within 14 days by contacting us at [your email address]. We will process any applicable refund within 14 days of your cancellation request.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

No refunds for missed appointments without prior notice.

If either party is unable to attend, we may reschedule at mutual agreement.

Technical Issues Refunds may be issued in cases of technical errors on our end, such as double bookings or booking mistakes.
